1. Who We Are
Welcome to Wiggle Worms! Our website address is: https://wiggleworms.eu. We are a community dedicated to making gardening with kids in Ireland easy, muddy, and fun. We take your privacy just as seriously as we take protecting our tomato seedlings from late frosts.
2. What Personal Data We Collect & Why
Newsletter & "Join The Club" Forms
When you sign up for the Muddy Boot Brigade or our weekly updates, we collect your email address. This is used strictly to send you our gardening guides, weekend projects, and community updates. We process this securely and will never sell your email to third parties.
Contact Forms & Gallery Submissions
If you drop us a line or submit a photo of your little one's wonky vegetables to our Gallery, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to reply to you and to manage our Wall of Fame with your explicit permission.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. These are small text files that help the site remember your preferences and help us understand which gardening projects are the most popular! You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing access to our grow guides.
4. Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos showing how to build a bug hotel). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is retained until you decide to leave the club. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails. Contact form submissions are kept for customer service purposes but are never used for unexpected marketing.
6. What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments/submitted forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
7. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please get in touch with us via our Contact Page.
